Milton De La Paz is Vice President of Airline Relations and Cargo Business Development at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and directs the airport’s primary business goal to grow the core business of domestic and international passenger and cargo airline service. He also leads efforts to optimize business performance with all passenger and cargo airline partners at &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733;.

Milton is an accomplished senior commercial executive with more than 25 years of airline experience in the aviation and commercial airlines industry. He is responsible for the execution of &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Airport’s short- and long-range new air service strategies and for the airport’s strategy to retain and grow existing airline service. He also leads &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733;’s air cargo business development strategy including new air cargo route development initiatives, facilities and infrastructure assessment and &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; air cargo community engagement.

Al joined &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport in February 2019, and is responsible for directing the implementation and execution of &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733;’s cargo business strategy to attract new cargo airline services and to increase the airports overall cargo throughput.  

Al brings more than 25 years of experience and working knowledge in the freight forwarding industry, airline business, air cargo industry and the airport cargo real estate world. He will provide key leadership for &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Airport in the execution of short- and long-range strategies and initiatives toward achieving specific market objectives.

Bill joined &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport on March 2, 2020.  Bill has the primary responsibility for implementing the &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Cargo Cloud, business development from the catchment area, and a variety of other short & long-term initiatives.  Bill has over 25 years of experience in the air cargo industry in airline sales & revenue management, freight forwarder operations, and airline technology.

Daniel Newman – Strategic Initiatives Manager, Cargo Business Development at &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport. Dan joined &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport in September 2022. He has primary responsibility for growth and facilitation of e commerce and pharmaceutical product transiting &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733;, cargo business development from the catchment area, and a variety of other short & long-term initiatives. Dan has over 30 years of domestic and international air carrier experience in cargo sales, operations, compliance, and station management.

Karen has been with the Airport for 7 years. In her current role she is responsible for managing large cross functional division projects for Airline Relations and Cargo Business Development, creating project dashboards, and maintaining division budgets, as well as designing and developing processes and procedures for the relatively new group. 

Prior to joining &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Ms. Herberger worked at MetalTek International as a Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt within the continuous improvement department facilitating projects across the foundry focused on process and product improvement, DOE, and Lean Manufacturing. Karen has a passion for designing strategic concepts and developing actionable processes that make an impact on the teams she works with on a daily basis. Karen currently serves on the &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Air Cargo Association Board as Director of Membership.

Michael Scholz – Business Development Manager, Cargo at &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport. Michael joined &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport in August 2023. Primary focus for growth and facilitation of oversized and special projects transiting &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733;, cargo business development from the catchment area, and a variety of other short & long-term initiatives. Michael has 20 years of freight forwarding, international projects and experience in cargo sales, operations, compliance, and Gateway management.

Lillian has been working as the &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; International Airport representative in Mexico with Sales Internacional since December 2015.  She is the liaison between &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Airport and the Mexican market. 

Lillian is responsible for developing sales, marketing and communication strategies in order to generate more Mexican traffic to and through &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; Aiport. She connects &#30343;&#20896;&#23448;&#26041;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#19979;&#36733; with passenger and cargo arilines, freight forwarders and logistics companies in Mexico.
